We want you to love your Westman Atelier products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address for easy printing.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original box or any sturdy mailing container, making sure to include the packing slip.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
